Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://culturabrasilaustin.org website (the “Service”) operated by Cultura Brasil in Austin, a Not for Profit 501(c)(3) Corporation (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the Service.

Donations

By completing the transaction, you agree and understand that: you are making a donation to Cultura Brasil in Austin – CBA (DBA: Projeto Brasil), a 501(c)(3) organization. CBA processes your charitable contribution and allocates the gifts according to your specification. Donations without specification will be allocated to the General Funds. Your credit card/billing statement will show your donation was made to “Cultura Brasil in Austin”.

If you wish to donate through the Donation or Affiliation pages, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Donation including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Donation; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of your Donation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: service availability, errors in the description of the Donation, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Fees

There is a fee associated with your online donation for the debit/credit card processing to the processing company. This fee is set by the processing company and is not within our control. Our average donation received is minus the fee unless you, as a donor, opt to cover the processing fee.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of services and programs. The services available on our website may be described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the website and in our advertising on other web sites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including addresses and services offered. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
